MEMBERSHIP
Membership
in the LLPPA has its benefits:
-
LLPPA Members share in
the stewardship of the Long Pond area with two annual membership
meetings. Members can voice their opinion and vote on items that
impact the lake and their properties around the lake.

LLPPA Members and guests
are invited to participate in our annual LPPA picnic held on Labor
Day weekend for food, fun, and camaraderie.
-
LLPPA members watch out
for each other and the LLPPA offers a reward for the convection of
break-in or theft of property.

LLPPA membership is a
great way to meet and become friends with other members that live
and vacation around the lake.

Any owner of property
which is immediately adjacent to Long Pond, Mountain Road, or
South Road, or any lessee of property, the latter, only upon approval
of the Executive Committee, may become an active member of
the Association and if so entitled to vote at all meetings of the
Association.

The active members of
the Association may limit the membership and may impose such other
limitations members as may, from time to time, be deemed advisable.

There shall be no liabilities
of any sort imposed upon any member of the Association other than
payment of dues or other assessments for the purpose of the Association.
Between regular meetings of the membership of the Association, the
Executive Committee may take action upon application of membership:
otherwise all proposals for membership will be acted upon by members
at their Annual Meeting.
